We are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company.
Your order total will be calculated in USD.
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process, as well as an email that states your order number and an approximate order total and tracking number. If you do not receive your confirmation, please contact us at email@example.com
We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
We are unable to ship to a PO Box or APO/DPO/military addresses.
Due to customs restrictions, some items are not available for shipment outside the US.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Taxes and duties for your country are included into your total invoice.
Florabella.direct offers flat rate shipping fees on all International orders. Free shipping does not apply to International orders
- Resortwear flat fee: $50
- Accessories (hat/bags) flat fee: $100
- Both items combined will have a flat fee: $100
Orders do not ship on the same day they are placed. Please allow 3-4 business days for an order to be processed and prepped before it is shipped. Once your order has shipped, please allow 5-15 days for arrival of your order, depending on your destination. Due to customs your delivery dates are not guaranteed. A Fedex tracking number will be emailed to the address on file once your order has shipped.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays.
Unfortunately, returns are not permitted on international orders.
