Returns & Exchanges
ALL "SALE" ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED AT ANY TIME
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Florabella Direct will gradly exchange or refund your online purchase for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, excluding the original shipping and handling fees. All items must be received in warehouse within 15 days of receipt of order, excluding weekends and holidays.
All items must have original hangtags and must be new, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items. Your product must be returned in original packaging including any boxes, hangers and any other signature packaging materials. (must follow return process below for approval)
Damaged or incorrect merchandise must be reported to care@florabella.direct within 7 business days of receipt for full refund or exchange/replacement.
Shipping and handling is not refundable
Original item must be returned, received and inspected by Florabella Direct before credit or exchange is issued.
Please allow 7-15 business days for credit or exchange from the receipt date of the returned item to Florabella Direct. Returns are not processed on the same day they are received.
LATE RETURNS
Any product returned outside of the 15-day return policy may not be accepted or only accepted for site credit and is solely at the discretion of Florabella Direct.
RETURN PROCESS
- All return requests must emailed to care@florabella.direct for approval.
Please allow 2-3 business days (not including weekends) of your request to receive your RMA # which will be emailed to you.
- Enclose a copy of your invoice with your merchandise and seal securely.
- We will not accept any package without a valid RMA# written on the outside of the package.

- Please ensure that your package has both an RMA # and Order # printed (your order# can be found on your invoice).
- Shipping and handling is not refundable
- We do not accept C.O.D packages
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
If a refund is being issued, it will then be credited back to your original method of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
If exchanging and the cost of your new item is more than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be charged the price difference, in addition to the applicable new shipping fee.
If the cost of your new item is less than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be credited the price difference. Shipping will not be refunded and a new shipping charge will be added for the replacement.
Please note that for credit card refunds, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Florabella Direct.
Florabella Direct is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number and copy of your receipt for your records.
